Definitions

• "Use" defined - The act of surfing to any page at 2Wives.com and/or using any application thereupon any such said page at 2Wives.com, whether in a publicly available page or in a password-access page, is hereby defined as an unquestioned "Use" of 2Wives.com.
  
  
• "User" defined - Anyone who performs the act defined as "Use" herein, having surfed to any page at 2Wives.com, is hereby defined as a "User" of 2Wives.com, with the exception of the owners, administration, employees, and/or authorized volunteers of 2Wives.com itself.
  
  
• "Member" defined - Any User who pays the going rate, for a corresponding term or membership, for obtaining access to the 2Wives.com Members Segment of the web-site, is hereby defined as a "Member" of 2Wives.com.
  
  
• "Advertiser" defined - Any User who creates and/or otherwise maintains a personal ad profile about themselves at 2Wives.com, whether in a publicly available page or in a password-access page, is hereby defined as an "Advertiser" of 2Wives.com.
  
  
• "Regular Email Address" defined - The personal email address of any Member, Advertiser, or both at which their email is to be received while using the 2Wives.com system.
  
  
• "Passport" defined - A Pro-Polygamy Passport ™ email address from Pro-Polygamy.NET used by any Member, Advertiser, or both for use on the 2Wives.com system. The said Passport is a forwarding address that automatically goes to the said Member's or Advertiser's Regular Email Address. An individual Passport is obtained either when joining as a 2Wives.com Member (thereby receiving a Passport at no extra cost) or by ordering it through other means via the Pro-Polygamy.NET web-site itself. However, having a pre-existing Passport does not grant any user an automatic 2Wives.com Membership access, which is only available when the said User additionally orders said Membership at 2Wives.com directly. No Ad profiles may be individually created, whether by paying-Members or by Public Advertisers, without a Passport.

Agreement

• All Users of 2Wives.com unconditionally acknowledge the fact that polygamy is a controversial issue and, therefore, all users of 2Wives.com unconditionally agree to never require and/or to never compel or seek to compel, whether by law, lawsuit, or other means of attempted compulsion, anyone previously or currently at 2Wives.com, its owners, its administration, its employees, its volunteers, its vendors, its Members, and/or its Advertisers to disclose their private identities and/or locations, under any circumstances.
  
  
• All Users of 2Wives.com unconditionally agree that 2Wives.com provides no guarantee and no warranty for any service, for any anticipated results, for any Advertiser's ad profile, for any other Advertiser's ad profile, and/or for anything else at 2Wives.com.
  
  
• All Users of 2Wives.com unconditionally agree that it is each User's own sole responsibility to make sure that the ISP, the email provider, and the email software of their Regular Email Address technologically enables them to receive emails from 2Wives.com. 2Wives.com bears no responsibilility whatsoever for either the cause or the resolution in the event that any User's ISP, email provider, or email software interferes, prevents, or otherwise hinders the User from receiving any emails sent through/by 2Wives.com to the said User's Regular Email Address. If any attempted emails sent to any User's Regular Email Address through/by 2Wives.com are not reaching the User, it is exclusively the User's responsblity to either fix the situation with their ISP, email provider, or email software or to otherwise immediately provide 2Wives.com with a different Regular Email Address that will allow the said User to receive emails sent through/by 2Wives.com. When 2Wives.com receives notice of any User's request for change of Regular Email Address applied to their own currently existing Passport, 2Wives.com will respond within the next 3 - 6 business days to assist the User.
  
  
• All Users of 2Wives.com unconditionally indemnify all other Users of 2Wives.com, including but not limited to Members and/or Advertisers, from any liability whatsoever, under any circumstances.
  
  
• All Users of 2Wives.com unconditionally indemnify 2Wives.com, its owners, its administration, its employees, its volunteers, and/or its vendors, from any liability whatsoever, under any circumstances.
  
  
• All Users of 2Wives.com unconditionally agree that these Terms of Service are subject to change without notice, except that any subsequent changes to these Terms and Services will be posted to this page hereon.
  
  
• All Users of 2Wives.com unconditionally agree that it is each User's own sole responsibility, at their own leisure, to review these Terms of Service herein for any subsequent changes posted hereon.
  
  
• All Users of 2Wives.com unconditionally agree that any Use, as defined herein, of 2Wives.com shall constitute unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Service by such User, as defined herein.
